Scope custom application from vendor

Hi Team,

We have a store app used called Connector4U and planning to stop using it by terminating the contract. If we do that, are we allowed to still use its tables and data? Or will it be blocked some how?

your company will stop paying the license fees for renewal right?

OR

you are planning to uninstall that app? -> if uninstall then all the artifacts will be gone like table, fields, scripts etc

Termination means yes, end the contract and stop paying the vendor but app will still be there with all its tables, data, workflows and schedules etc.

in that case I believe you can still use the table

If you wish to stop using the app, you will need to speak to the vendor who developed it. I can see that it was developed by Plat4mation. Please contact them directly, as I’m sure they will have an offboarding process in place as well.
