I created a scope and would like to change the name of the scope. Can that be possible? I do not want to change the symbolic name just the regular name of the scope.
Is that possible? If it is, how to?
Your guidance and education is appreciated.
Luis

Hello @Luis Roman1
You can change the label of the application scope, but this is a risky thing to do.
You can do this by following the below steps:
- Navigate to sys_scope.list
- Search for your scoped application.
- Open the record, and export it as XML
- Make the changes in the XML and import it back to the instance. You need to update the name and short description of this record.
- Clear cache, and reload the browser.
- The updated scope name should reflect now.
I just changed the it for an OOB scoped app, and it worked.
