Can you explain more on "not mapped to any SO" here. How the mapping configured in your instance. Can you add some images.

Thanks for reply, I get it about Group and Type = SME and we can apply filter on type field while doing GlideRecord().
Explain about "SO", how the groups are mapped with SO as SME group, look like you are trying to exclude those SME group who are tagged with SO.
add some pic of SME group which are mapped to SO. What is full name of SO ?

Hi @sajampan ,
Although your question is incomplete but what i understoof that you want to deactivate groups Where type contains SME and which are not mapped to any Service Offering. If yes, you can do it by background script. Where you can use encodedquery() if you have the exact filter condition else use addquery with filters and change state of Group to Deactive.
