Is there any utility or place to generate the scripts like run scripts, others scripts from legacy version to latest version of ServiceNow. It will be of great help to me. Thanks a lot !!
We have existing workflow with runscripts running at legacy version of ServiceNow. However they are not working fine with latest version of ServiceNow. I hope I placed with different wordings so you can understand.
So the question is why they are not working with a more recent release of ServiceNow. What did you investigate? Are you getting any errors? Does the system log provide you with some information? What debugging did you already do? Or does it contains scripting in workflows, like calling API's which are deprecated? Etcetera.
