How to Expand Container Start Display Title in the Portal

How can I add the functionality to have a plus/minus button to expand or collapse a container in the service portal?

Same functionality as in the Backend UI

It does not work on the portal and my Catalog Item has 7 Containers with Display Title.

The page is very long how can I achieve this?
