The San Diego error described in the following Knowledge has occurred.
https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1116263
Therefore, ChangeModelAJAXProcessor needs to be updated by importing XML.
However, I get the following error and cannot update it.
It seems to be due to the fact that it is protected by Protection policy, is there any way to remove the Protection policy?
How do I update the Script Include?

If your importing that HI xml from Global scope and still if you get error. You may reachout to HI for the same.

HI What it the scope of Script include? If it is non global you need to set Application as same scope and then import the xml?
