Hi,
How can I manipulate the Script Include "CommunityUtilSNC"? this script include is used in workflow "Community - Content Approval activity".
There is a notice because this item is read-only based on its protection policy.
Could you please help me!

Application developers can set a protection policy for script includes published as part of a custom application. The policy determines whether someone can view or edit the script include after the application is installed on their instance. Application developers have these options to protect their custom application script includes.

Hi,
Thanks for your answer, but I just wanted to know is there any way to see the script or not?

Hello moko6238,
Access to the script include likely requires the 'maint' role. Which only Servicenow Support Engineers have. You would need to create a Support Case. However, it is not likely that you will get the protection relaxed. They may share the script, after consulting with the responsible development team. but I wouldn't bet on that. Again, you need to review your goals and develop a means to achieve the goal.
