Scripted ask for approval step getting skipped

Hi All,

There is an ask for approval action in my flow in which I have used script to return user who can approve or reject the request. It was working fine before few days, but suddenly that approval step is getting skipped.

I will add screenshot for couple of requests below. 

we haven't made any change to approval rule as well, but not sure what is happening

Could you please share the flow diagram or relevant screenshots so we can better understand what changes might be causing the approval step to get skipped?

Also, double-check if the flow is not getting completed prematurely, as this could directly impact the approval step, causing it to be skipped.

Additionally, I just noticed that the approval rule might be set to "approve" now, which seems different from your earlier working setup. so please verify this once from your end.

Issue was with my scripted approval action which wasn't returning approval user.
