yes, i get user to access from different browser, still they see no scroll bar.

Hi,
As Aman said it may be issue browsers or slowness of internet of other users can you connect with them understand what is the issue (browsers or slowness of internet)

Hello all,
Thank you for the sharing.
after a few tryout, find it related to the ACL.
if the user not able to "write" that field, the scroll bar is invisible.
however, when a document in closed state, it should not be editable, how to make the scroll bar available?
