Scroll bar is missing

Hello all, i have this description field .

Some user can see the scroll bar, some cannot . 

Any idea what happened?

Tera, I seem to be having a similar issue, reported by only 1 user so far (but not many use our tree picker).  when user goes to stories and tries to assign to a group, tree picker is displayed when Search.  User has no Vertical scroll bar.  It is same for him on prod and test, but on Dev it works.  

It works in all instances when I, as admin, impersonate him.  However, granting the user Admin, does not make it work for him .

Could you specify what ACL/s you are referencing in your 06-01-2922 09:43 reply.
