SCTASK created but no RITM or Request number Orphaned

Dear Experts,

 

 It seems like SCTASK is being generated and resolved automatically. I tried searching for records but had no luck. Do you have any idea why this is happening and how I can identify the root cause? As you see created and closed is the exact same time and date.  Please help me identify this. Thank you, Appreciated

Is this happening on specific time.

Check scheduled Job or check any business rule or script includes has script for sc_task table.
