How to replace the search box with some other link or Search box should search with the specific URL.

it is a widget, you would like to change what exactly - the text, the colour, or just remove the search bar?

Removing search bar is not a good idea, how the end users will find what they need? Searching through categories might be difficult and slow.

What is the reason to modify it?

EDIT: the search box searches for knowledge articles and catalog items. What do you mean "search with the specific URL", for that you have the address bar in your browser, no?

We have one service request form, that should get open with Search box. or we should replace the search box with that request form.

Sorry search box helps your end user to search for forms quickly.

I won't recommend removing that.
