search is missing for incident table for business stake holder role

Hi,

 

The user with business stake holder role is able to see search option in table level on change, problem, case but not incident table.

Problem table:He is able to see search option for problem table

How can i enable it.Anyone has idea about it

Greetings!!

I tested your statement in my PDI

- I did not face issue to search in incident list view ( Created a new user and give only stakeholder role)

- For this try to clear cache by cache.do or reassign the role again.

 

Can a user with business stakeholder roles add himself to the Email Notification list of a Case, Incident, Change or Problem?

Atul: No, because, business stakeholder give only read access to modules, either give write role as well or ITIL.

Hi Tejaswini,

 

Ideally, he should be able to filter on Incidents as well.

Will you be able to paste the roles mapped to the business stakeholder role.

 

Yes he should be receiving default emails as well but he cant add himself
