Search knowledge icon Disappear

"Hi,

When I open an HR case, the Search Knowledge icon next to the short description is visible for a few seconds. After a few seconds, it disappears, but it's visible in the incident and changes. Can you tell me where I should configure it to make it visible in an HR case?"

Can you check the dictionary attibutes and has knowledge search as true:

The function is initially visible while the form is loading but becomes invisible after it has finished loading.
