Search only by incident number in search source

Hello experts,
Is it possible to limit the incident search source (using service portal) to return results only for exact incident number? the idea is to limit results for users with ITIL role while using free search (for example, looking for "access") will return a lot of incidents as search term exist in short description.
Any suggestions?
