We are currently managing two ServiceNow instances. In the first instance, we set up a "Search Source" to retrieve knowledge articles from the second instance using the REST Message - Table API. However, the issue we're facing is that the search results are being returned based on the "Basic auth profile" specified in the REST Message, rather than reflecting the credentials of the user who is logged into the portal and performing the search. How can we modify the setup so that the search results are personalized according to the user conducting the search?
