Search term that brings no results doesn't appear correctly

On our portal, what we've noticed is that if a search term doesn't return any results on our portal, the search term appears differently in the 'No results generated' message. The below is an example of where we're seeing this issue:

Please check the indexing for same. We had similar issues 2 -3 days back and we enable the indixing by making true/ false also check is any changes done at search sources.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG I've checked the 'AI Search Indexed Sources' table and what I've found is that all of the sources are set to Active. Is there anything else that needs to be done?
