Search term that brings no results doesn't appear correctly

On our portal, what we've noticed is that if a search term doesn't return any results on our portal, the search term appears differently in the 'No results generated' message. The below is an example of where we're seeing this issue:

I was just wondering if somebody has come across this issue before, and what needs to be done to fix it.

Did you check the search sources in ESC portal and taxonomy too? Also is issue with one user or all? Clear instance cache and check, else log a Now support case.
