Hi all,
we are new to the Security Center and we were asking ourselves what this message could possibly mean.
It reads: Please provide input for either acepage or link fields
Can someone please explain what this message means and what causes this message?
Thank you in advance
Regards
Bernd

Hi,
I've also got this message on Security Center homepage.
However, upgrading sn_vsc plugin to v3.1.2 seems to fix the issue.
Regards,
Simone

I have v3.1.2 and the issue persists. I haven't found any Known Issue knowledge articles. Anyone?

KB is published.
- This issue can be corrected by upgrade the ACE Framework (SR - NAF - Admin Experience Framework - v5.3) to the highest version currently available for your instance (at least version 5.1.1 as shown in the Application Manager application).

Hi Hock
Thanks for this. On the surface, this looks promising as its the first time I've seen ServiceNow acknowledge the error, and to see it referenced as both a KB and a Problem is a big step forward.
However, on looloking at the KB in more detail, our version of ACE Framework is currently 5.1.1, (the minimum level you have stated above), we are running Yokohama patch 10 hotfix 1, (so more up-to-date than the KB is recommending), and we are still seeing the error.
Upgraing the ACE Framework to the most recent version may solve the problem, but I cannot do that without giving myself 'sn_kmf.admin' role, which I shall have to investigate further what the impact of that will be. Will post back once I know more 🙂

same. the KB does not address the issue for me either.
however, the error seems to go away after upgrading Security Center to v3.1.4 (Zurich Patch 1 Hot Fix 1b)
