We are working on integrating ServiceNow HRSD with Workday, and we want to ensure that our integration follows best security practices while leveraging as many OOB (Out-of-the-Box) features as possible.
Since we have not yet started the integration, we want to prepare in advance by identifying the right security configurations to implement from the beginning. Our focus is on securing data, access, and API communications between both systems.
Questions:
1. What security configurations should we plan in advance before starting the integration?
2. Are there OOB security features in ServiceNow HRSD and Workday that we should take advantage of?
3. Any lessons learned or best practices from teams who have implemented this integration?
