Security constraints prevent access to requested page - Even after updating read ACL

Dear all,I've created new field on incident form referring to new table which I've created for the same.
When I'm checking as ITIL user I'm getting

"

Security constraints prevent access to requested page
"

This error.
I tried creating read ACL for the same and in required roles mentioned itil role.
Then I've checked by impersonating as ITIL user and opened this reference field to put some reference table value on incident form.
in that case I'm still not able to see records on that table. Same error is coming.Regards,
Surendra

Surendra,

Please check if you extended the base table as per

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-platform-administration/page/administer/table-administration/task/t_CreateATable.html?cshalt=yes

Maybe this could be the problem as you have not included reference the base table?

Kind regards

Steve

Hi,

So does your end user has READ Access to the new table being referred by that custom field.

if they don't have access then it won't work

please give itil role to the table level READ ACL of your new table

Check existing read level ACLs on the table and try to update that. Could you let us know what all read acls exist on the table level?

Thanks,

Saji

Hello Ankur/Sajilal,

With this new table creation no ACLs were created along with it.

I tried creating new read ACL and in roles mentioned ITIL.

Still when checked impersonating ITIL I'm not able to see records.

I could also see these fields on group form-

Following is the ACL which I created.
