Security constraints prevent access to requested page - Even after updating read ACL

Dear all,I've created new field on incident form referring to new table which I've created for the same.
When I'm checking as ITIL user I'm getting

"

Security constraints prevent access to requested page
"

This error.
I tried creating read ACL for the same and in required roles mentioned itil role.
Then I've checked by impersonating as ITIL user and opened this reference field to put some reference table value on incident form.
in that case I'm still not able to see records on that table. Same error is coming.Regards,
Surendra

Instead of * from the Dropdown besides Name, can you make it none and see?

Thanks,

Saji

Hello Sajilal,

That worked ! I can see records as ITIL user now.

Thanks.

I believe same comments were provided from my end in earlier comment to use table level READ ACL.

I assume after reading through docs you would know table level means NONE
