I have created a Custom Scoped Application in ServiceNow (Fuji) and also created a Record Producer on our ESS page so that any user in the company can put in a request for this application. When I impersonate a non-admin user, they are able to view this record producer in the ServiceNow Client under Self-Service>Service Catalog, but they are not able to open it from the ESS page. They get an error that states "Security constraints prevent the display of this record." I've done a Security Debug and it appears that the security is wrong on the sc_can_item_producer. When I look at the ACL for that item, the only role listed is catalog_admin.
What is the proper way to correct this security constraint?
Thanks,
Amie

Hi Amie,
Do you remember if you or anyone from your team added or modified the ACL for record producers? If not, please try to check if you are rendering the Record Producer in Edit view...
or the actual service catalog item
It's also helpful if we can get a screenshot of the ess page when admin is viewing and when non-roled user is viewing it.
Kind Regards,
JR
