We have one customized scope application. I have the script to read the data from syslog_transaction table, which application access is "All Application Scope". When my app runs, the following message is popup. Any suggestion

Please note that if you plan on putting this app on store, it won't get certified.
When writing Scoped Apps for the store, you have to assume OOTB Scoped Access Controls for OOTB Tables.
In your application, you cannot capture the Access Control change you have made to the syslog_transaction table and you cannot ask the customer to change it as a pre-requisite (it will get rejected).
It is best to find alternatives.
