Seeing this error in logs: *** Activity.Rules ***

Seeing this error in PRODUCTION and looking to find a solution. How do I get a resolution from this and prevent this from showing logs 

 

*** Activity.Rules *** RULE FAILED with exception: table=sys_audit_relation, class=class com.glide.activity.rules.SysAuditRelationRule, method=convertToCachedEvent

We're facing similar issue when creating Case from interaction in CSM Configurable workspace.
