How to enable dark mode in SNOW ?

Hello Team, 

I would like information on the snow dark mode. Would appreciate if someone would advice 

1. Is there a dark mode available for service now interface ( client portal) just like other applications? There is a theme option available but that is only for fulfillers & not for the end users.

2. If there is a dar mode feature available, please suggest how to implement it.

snow version: Utah

yes this option is True and I think this option is to make Dar theme available under the theme preference which is available for fulfiller only and not on the service portal "Show dark theme variants in the Unified Navigation theme preferences."
