Seeking Clarification on Disappearing Fields in Order Guide Summary

Hello Community,

 

I have a question regarding the behavior of an order guide within the portal interface. After a user fills out the form in the 'choose option' section and proceeds to the next step, which is the summary, they are presented with an 'Edit' option. However, upon clicking 'Edit', all dynamically filled fields disappear in the 'choose option' section. Am I potentially missing field mappings in the order guide configuration?

 

Furthermore, upon submission, the fields reappear in the Request Item (RITM) side. Has anyone encountered a similar behavior, and if so, could you provide insights into how this is typically configured or addressed?

Hi @scn698 

 

I tried similar in my PDI, the only thing is i don't use any custom variable like you shown. I use OOTB New Hire and I can see all values after edit option as well. May be in your case as it is custom variable so it is casuing issue. or any UI policy running.
