Seeking Input on Dynamic Dropdown Options for Catalog Item

Hello everyone,
I have a requirement regarding a catalog item with a variable name 'Please Provide Landing Zone Name.' Currently, we have a static list of 40 names for the dropdown, which may update quarterly.

I'm looking for alternative options to store and populate these names without using a table, could anyone suggest alternative approaches to achieve this?

I can't think of a way by which this can be done. This is potentially a good idea for the Service Catalog enhancement.
