Self Service Portal - Examples

Does ServiceNow provide any sort of sandbox for self service portal? I am looking for examples of basic functionality.

Below is the link to the plugin in case it's not activated on your instance. You need to click on record and click on action "Activate" to activate the plugin.

Hi - do you have step by step instructions? I tried useing my instance, it doesnt work. I also tried to activate plug-in and could not find self service. I also tried releasing my instance and it fails.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the update. I see the plugin is not active on your instance.

Hit the below link and click on action "Activate" to activate the Service Portal on your instance.
