Hi All,
When I am opening incidents module from Self service application menu it is redirecting to self service view (even though I have admin role). Why it is working like this and where it is defined.
I checked the business rule "incident functions" it is defined based on role, then as per this for admin role it should redirect to default view right?

Hi MD,
You have to go to the "incident" module to create the incident in default view. I'm assuming you are going via self service view.
However as an admin you can switch the views.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

By default ESS view is applied for Self Service Module that's why it is redirected to self service view even you are Admin.

This is by default. when you go via self service application.
As u have admin Role u can right click on top header and change the view.
If u want to redirect it directly to default view u have check multiple things such as UI macros, BR, CR and ESS portal also.
