Self service view for end users

Hi All,
When I am opening incidents module from Self service application menu it is redirecting to self service view (even though I have admin role). Why it is working like this and where it is defined.
I checked the business rule "incident functions" it is defined based on role, then as per this for admin role it should redirect to default view right?

It is defined while creating a self service application.
Just go and edit self service application you will find view there.
follow this step:-
1) right click on self service application and then say edit.
2) once it is open go to related links below and see incident.
3) click on incident.
4) one form will open in that you have 2 related links again in which click on link type in that you will get View name as ESS.

And this ESS View is defined in Systems UI> Views> name as ESS which is linked to Self service.

This is for list view. But I want know how the incident is opening in self service view when we are sending any incident link thorough email to them.

View rules never defines weather it will be applicable on the form or list so its applicable for both . Again if we are defining a view for a module then its behaving in the same way i.e. form is getting the same view as the list was.

Hi All,
How a non admin user can switch Views for list/forms? As admin I can switch the view by click on Views option but this option is not visible in List Controls icon for other role users.
Please let me know.
