Send Approval for Each Row in MRVS through traditional Catalog Workflow in ServiceNow

I have a requirement where i need to send the approval for every Folder owner present in each row of the MRVS in Service Catalog.. I will be after Initial Approval. I am creating in Workflow but Flow Designer Solution is also Welcome.. Thanks in Advance.

Folder Owner is Coming from Users Table after validation...

Flow designer is the best option  for this, use the action: Get Variables and then use those owner name in the flow
