Hi @Sudhir10 ,

Configure an event based email notification for specific user and run a scheduled job at specific time to trigger that event and event will trigger the email.

The delegate option ( as suggested by @Alp Utku & @Dr Atul G- LNG  ) will send that notification both the users( main & delegate ) until the delegate end date but that always depends upon the main user but if if the said notification is independent of any user then configure the scheduled job+even based notification.

-Thanks,

AshishKMishra

The best practise would be using "Delegate" option. You could find more information below.

Hello @Sudhir10,

Please follow the below steps to send your approvals to a specific user for period of time:

1. Go to Delegates

2. Select the user to whome you need to transfer your Approvals.

3. Select the Start and End date

4. Check the Approval button to TRUE, so that all the approvals will go to the Delegated user that you have selected.

If the above solution resolve your issue, Please mark the solution as 'Accepted Solution' and also mark it as 'Helpful'.

Hi,

You can use "Delegates" Option like this.  However, this will not notify that user about the existing pending approvals, but he will be able to approve/reject your approvals when he opens the portal on "My Approvals" link.
