Send approvals to the requestor

I have a use case in which I wanted to send approvals to the requestor. I am using the Ask for Approval action from servicenow in my subflow but it is getting skipped.
This is happening since requestor is same as approver.
Can someone suggest me any method in order to achieve this?

I think it is OOTB and it is valid case, means, why a requestor will approve own request. So  logically it should be approve other than requestor. 

Dont make changes, it is violation of audit process

I wanted a solution in which we can at least have an acknowledgement of the requestor that whatever we have provided them as per their request meets their demand. Can you suggest me any method for doing that?

Then we need to search this logic "which checking requestor and Caller" and make changes.

As per me, it is still not a good use case. We need to disable OOTB logic.

Create task and assign to requestor and put task between initiating  approval.
