Send Notification from ServiceNow to Team Channel group

Hi All,

I want to send notification from ServiceNow to teams channel group in Microsoft teams. I have added the channel email address in "who will receive" section but I am not able to achieve this functionality.

Notes- This email address is not added in User table in ServiceNow.

I found a really good demo video on how to set the notification to a MS Teams Channel.

It does appear this involves adding the Incoming webhook app on teams and adding the channel you want the notification to be sent to:
