Is it possible to send a notification to the user on microsoft teams?
For eg: when comments are added to the incident record, caller should be notified on microsoft teams instead of email notification.
Note: Ask here is to notify user on individual chat and not on a particular channel on teams.

Hi,
You need to use the Microsoft Teams spoke on Integration Hub. The currently recommended way to do this is via Flow Designer which recognizes the spoke and can have a trigger action based on the comment being added.
Hope that helps.

I believe Microsoft Teams spoke can send messages only to channels and not to individual users.
