I have a requirement like In the incident table incident record got created when we try to add attachments we need to validate whether that attachment size is below 10MB or not if it 10 Mb then only we need to send the payload to third party if the size of an attachment was above 10MBthen we need not to send the payload to third-party. the attachments should be send in base64 format.
