Sending notification to approvers for pending approval

I have to send notification to all approvers for the request which is pending in their queue for approval.

I have created a scheduled job where i am calling an event. This event is then used in notification. But no notification is triggered.

Please suggest where is the error.Below are the screenshots:

I changed the same still issue not resolved. In the event log I am getting rows but to which they are referring to some incorrect requests which are already closed., I am not sure and no Notification is also not triggered

Event log is having rows but they are incorrect. It is referring to closed RITMs which are already approved. And notification for the same is also triggered.

Not sure why incorrect data is picked, even though we have added condition 'state=requested'.

Try following. Example below is configured for Change Request approval.

On the notification check mark "Event parm 1 contains recipient"
