sending out mass emails to affected users

Hello, we had a issue that sent out an email to a lot of users, 1400.
Whats the best way for me to send a new email out to these users and tell them to ignore the last one?

Hi @asd22 

Great point. There is a module under this called “Recipient List,” where you can add an Excel file. I haven’t tried it myself, but it should work for you if you have the email addresses handy. You can also add conditions to define the recipients.

issue is the users are locked out of our system since they are no longer here. The upload of xml seemed only to work with internal active users
