Sending PDF via REST API

Hi,

 

I'm trying to send the file attached to the record in ServiceNow to the third party, which reads the data and sends the response back to ServiceNow in JSON. I get the response when I try with the POSTMAN, but when I send it via ServiceNow, I have tried with GlideSysAttachmentInputStream()(not working in the scoped app) and getContent() methods. Can someone please help me with this?
