Sent emails in Activity Stream

A survey email is sent to the user after incident closure, but it doesn’t appear in the activity stream. Is this expected behavior because surveys are handled via the asmt_assessment_instance table? Any possible way to show it in activity stream?

Hi @George_1,

 

I am off my laptop now so I will double check tomorrow if nobody else will answer you meanwhile. But I have assessment sent for dmn_demand and it is not being visible in activity secrion for native UI nor Workspace

 

We display it with the related list below the form

Only emails sent/received on current record are shown in activity stream i.e. target record on sys_email should be current record sysId

In this case email goes out from other record and hence it's not shown
