Sent/Recieved Emails in Ticket Conversations widget

Hi Community

Is there anyone in here who have tried to incorporate the "Sent/Recieved Emails" functionality into the Ticket Conversations widget?

The obvious upside for this is that if you do not copy email content into comments its still possible for the end user to see mails back and forth.

Hi Simon,

First, you need to clone the "Ticket Conversation" widget. Please extract the attached zip file and replace the code in the cloned "Ticket Conversation" widget. Then, replace the old widget with your newly cloned widget. If you have any doubts, please feel free to ask me.

I'm actually using CSM Portal, but as far as I see this should not matter. I cloned the "Ticket Conversation" widget and implemented the code, but it does not seem to work as I don't see any activity at all. I see the activity (without E-Mail conversation) when using the default "Ticket Conversation" widget.

 

Do I need to make some changes in the "Standard Ticket Tab" widget as well (as mentioned by you below)? If yes, where do I have to replace the "Standard Ticket Tab" widget?
