Separate or Domain separated instance?

looking to move to ServiceNow - Im trying to determine if I really need a domain separated instance. We are a managed Service provider that provides service desk services to several clients. Some of the clients have their own technicians, so we do need to at least only give them access to their own companies data. I need to provide monthly reporting by client. as well as have "branded" service portals for each client. I also have a requirement of a separate CAB for one of our clients. all other clients use the same cab/change instance. I know I can accomplish this with a Domain separated instance, I just dont know if the above items can be accomplished with a single instance.

Thanks All for the info. I'm really trying to figure out if I can do all of the items without doing domain separation. I know I can do it with domain separation, I just don't know if its my only option that meets my requirements. I did look into the CSM app, and it doesn't meet other requiremets we have that aren't listed.
