We have a requirement to define all of the server's criticality. This is so that based on a specific high criticality, our server team would patch the high priority servers first.
We do not have Secops (SIR/VR) in our environment. The Server team wants to have a field added to the CMDB to display the server's criticality (high/medium/low). Is there a better approach with this, versus building a custom field to define Server criticality. I would think this should be based on the Services on the server...
How are other companies using ServiceNow to patch their servers, based on their criticality?
