Service Bridge Integration - Entitlements are not showing up in customer instance.

Dear All,
I am working on Service Bridge integration between 2 SN instances and I have setup a provider record in Provider instance of SN as shown below:
I have also set up a remote catalog which has a catalog item for the customer to leverage. I have also verified that Inbound and Outbound status of the Replication set is 'Active Replication'. Furthermore, I had already tried 'Refresh All Entitlements' related link multiple times. However, this entitlement is now showing up in the customer instance as shown below:
Note: Kindly note that catalog item/remote record producer is already associated with a remote customer criteria which is based on the sold product for the account/customer. Could you please guide what could be the possible reasons for entitlement not showing up in the customer instance?
