Service Bridge Provider (Telecommunications and Media Providers)

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking to implement a 'Service Bridge Provider'  and Service bridge, I'm unable to set up the bridge between the Service Catalog of one instance and another.

Activated all the required plugins in both instances. Request you to provide some configuration setup to achieve this.

Are the ServiceNow bridge plugins paid ? do we need to purchase them ?

Hello @Pooja Joshi1 ,

Yes, the service bridge application is subscription-based (cost-associated).

It requires licences:

Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) or

Telecommunications Service Management (TSM)

Prerequisite:

Instance data replication (com.glide.idr) plugin is enabled on both the provider and customer sides.
