Service Bridge: Provider & Consumer instances

Hi,

I am currently completing the Service Exchange Implementer path and I am trying to complete the labs for the Service Bridge Features and implementation course but I do not know how can I access or request the provider instance as the instance available in the course is the consumer instance so what can I do to get the provider instance? Should I use my PDI as the provider instance or what?
