Service Bridge Provider (Telecommunications and Media Providers)

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking to implement a 'Service Bridge Provider'  and Service bridge, I'm unable to set up the bridge between the Service Catalog of one instance and another.

Activated all the required plugins in both instances. Request you to provide some configuration setup to achieve this.

IDR(com.glide.idr) is a cost-associated plugin. So you cannot install it in your PDI.

If you need to install this for POC on Service Bridge then create a request on HI support for any demo instances.

will the demo instances from Hi support have all the Service Bridge plugins installed ?

By when do HI support provide demo instance after requesting.

POC means proof of concept.

As per my understanding, you're using Service Bridge for the eBonding integration of IM, KM, catalogs, or other modules too.

Demo instance means the instance that you're using for any type of development or testing activities in your organization. If you're not using this type of instance, then request HI support for any sandbox environment. They will provide it immediately.
