Service Catalog Category is not available for snc_internal role user

Hi Team,

I have an issue in CSM Portal where Service Catalog Category is not available for users having snc_internal role. 

What could be the issue?

Could you please category must have or minimum one catalog item mapped else it will not visible on portal.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG This category have catalog item but still it is not visible only for  user's having snc_interal.

Is any user criteria on that? Please share the screen shot of mapping.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG in the below screenshot you can see the Catalog Procurement Service which has 7 Catalog Items and which is added in 3 Categories.
