Self Service > Service Catalogの赤い丸で囲んだ部分に「Service Catalog」を入れたいと思います。

create a record in Messages[sys_ui_message] table with key as "Service Catalog" and value as "Service Catalog" if language is English
if other language then keep key "Service Catalog" then change value according to language for example in Nederlands language key will be "Service Catalog" and value will be Servicecatalogus
